Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Realty Agent ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Realty Agent is an AI-powered platform for real estate professionals that provides listing generation, lead management, tour planning, analytics, and automated follow-up capabilities.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
One person or entity may not maintain more than one account per plan

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
All plans include a 14-day free trial
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the current billing period ends
Refunds are not provided for partial months
Plan limits (listings, leads) are enforced; exceeding limits requires upgrading
Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload false or misleading property information
Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or algorithms
Share API keys or account access with unauthorized users
Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate listing descriptions, pricing advice, and other content. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and may contain errors
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publishing
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service
We may use anonymized usage data to improve our AI models

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The public preview does not accept uploads.

8. API Usage (Agency Plan)

API access is available on the Agency plan only
API calls are subject to rate limiting (30 requests/minute by default)
API keys must be kept confidential and rotated if compromised
We reserve the right to suspend API access for abuse

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Inaccuracies in AI-generated content or pricing advice
Loss of data due to service outages
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Decisions made based on analytics or lead scoring

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

Legal contact is not enabled during the Cloudflare preview.
