Client/lead information you manage through the platform
Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve our AI-powered real estate services
To generate listings, score leads, and plan tours
To send transactional emails (receipts, notifications, follow-ups)
To process payments and manage your subscription
To analyze usage patterns and improve the product

3. AI Data Processing

Property descriptions and listing content are processed by AI language models (Claude by Anthropic) to generate listings and provide pricing advice. We do not use your property data to train AI models. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before publishing.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

Stripe — for payment processing
Resend — for transactional email delivery
Anthropic — for AI content generation (property data only, no personal data)
Listing platforms — when you publish listings (Zillow, Xiaohongshu, Facebook)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for product improvement.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed passwords, JWT-based authentication, and role-based access control. Database access is restricted and audit-logged.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics are collected server-side.
